One of the Marigold flagship locations within Winnipeg, Marigold Inkster enlisted for an extensive renovation of its’ Lobby and Dining Room. Tractus Projects was retained to design and construct a space that resembled features found at a majestic Asian temple. The interior décor included a grand red “temple” feature wall, cultured stone, Asian art niches, raised booth seating, custom designed light fixtures, and smart dining room details that are maintenance friendly. Our neatest compliment since completing the renovation, c/o Richie Woo, Marigold Inkster restaurant Owner, “since the renovation, our serving staff have noticed an increase in tips!”
Challenge
While under construction, the Owner requested that his business remain open and that operations would continue within his back Dining Room with Guests entering thru our construction site.
Solution
Careful planning of hoarding walls and dust barriers was required to separate the public from our construction site. The Owner remained open during the entire renovation!
