When it comes to construction sites, Rob is a taskmaster extraordinaire. On a day-to-day basis, he not only ensures the site itself is safe and clean, he also tracks trades progress to confirm that there are enough workers on site to maintain the construction schedule goal.

Rob is responsible for keeping projects on time, on budget, and of the absolute best quality possible, ensuring customers are happy with all aspects of the work.
Over the 30+ years he’s been in the industry, Rob has done it all. He started as a labourer and has worked his way up the ladder one day at a time. Before joining Tractus, Rob was a site superintendent at a large construction firm in Winnipeg, supervising large apartment block renovations and restaurant refreshes. We love having Rob’s experience on our team!
