Tractus has completed over 300 retail, commercial and industrial builds including large and complex renovation contracts. Notable clients include The University of Manitoba and Red River College, La Roca Nightclub, Planet Fitness, Franworks, Chosabi, CIBC, TD Bank, Mondetta, Clarion Hotel, McDonalds Restaurants of Canada, BellMTS and Red River Co-Op. We have worked hand-in-hand with designers, contractors and our outstanding clients to produce world-class results.
Recent Tractus projects include the University of Manitoba Education Lecture Theatre, and the Machray Hall Faculty of Science Dean’s Office, Icing Castle Bakery Fit-Up and a 5,500 square foot multi-unit CRU new build in River East Plaza. We have also recently completed the Lobby/Reception Renovation at Clarion Hotel, Planet Fitness Polo Park 25,000 square foot Tenant Fit-up, and refreshes at Original Joe’s Kenaston and Smoke’s Poutinerie Albert Street.
