Mike is a key member of our team, managing daily on-site operations and ensuring efficient coordination among all trades. He delegates tasks, addresses unforeseen challenges, and resolves disruptions promptly to keep projects on schedule.

As the primary contact for trades on-site, Mike ensures safe and secure operations while addressing any concerns that arise. His hands-on approach and keen attention to detail help maintain smooth project progress.

With 10 years as a Red Seal Boilermaker in the oil and gas industry and 6 years in a supervisory role in structural steel, Mike brings extensive expertise and leadership to his role. His experience is invaluable in driving the high standards and efficiency we aim for in every project.
