Peter brings extensive experience and a hands-on approach to his role as Superintendent at Tractus. He ensures every job site operates safely and efficiently while maintaining high-quality work from the team. Peter is committed to fostering a positive environment and ensuring all trades work together to complete projects successfully.

Each day, Peter starts on-site, meeting with the team to plan the day’s activities. He works closely with trades to prevent any obstacles from hindering progress and manages the schedule of upcoming work. Peter addresses on-site issues promptly, keeping the project on track.

Peter’s diverse construction career has shaped him into a valuable superintendent. He began in foundation and concrete work, then advanced to framing and leading multi-unit wood building projects. His experience also includes management roles in demolition and renovation, with a focus on commercial projects. Before joining Tractus, Peter spent five years as a commercial superintendent and held foreman and lead carpenter positions in large-scale residential and renovation projects.
