Sean Fabian

You can think of Sean as the aircraft controller of the job-site. He organizes and routes contractors, ensures all trades understand the ‘when’s and ‘where’s of the job, and he makes sure the workplace is a safe environment for everyone involved.

One of Sean’s main responsibilities is keeping our projects on track, and that’s why you’ll often find him with tools in hand to guarantee milestones are met.

Sean has worked in construction for over 12 years and has his ISM (Interiors Systems Mechanic) red seal, along with vast experience in wood framing, hardy board work, concrete, washroom accessories, walkways and more.
