World-renowned fashion design and manufacturing company Mondetta, best known for its iconic flag themed sportswear, approached Tractus Projects to renovate their corporate head office in Winnipeg. Working together with Mondetta executives, Tractus Projects successfully transformed their space into an ultra-modern high tech state of the art headquarters that features full height glass partitions and doors, automated window and lighting scenes, recessed bulkhead and lighting details, hardwood flooring, and executive and staff washrooms featuring top of the line designer fixtures and accessories. A true designer masterpiece: simple, clarity of form, bright, clean and one of our most favourite completed projects to date!
Challenge
Long lead times on seamless tempered glass to be installed into returned edge drywall openings
Solution
Templates and pre-determined openings were established early on in the project in efforts to pre-order the glass and maintain a sensible construction schedule. Tolerances were introduced and everything fit perfectly!
