Chosabi Seasons and Chosabi Taylor is a quick-serve restaurant (QSR) that was transformed from an empty commercial retail unit into a vibrant and modern eating space. Working on an accelerated timeline, and with a well known local interior designer, we constructed the space in 7 weeks. The result was a sleek, modern and functional QSR, and the start of an amazing relationship with the restauranteur.

Challenge

Schedule was paramount! All equipment and materials needed to have lead times of less than 4 weeks to maintain the set opening date. 

Solution

Our team provided ongoing assistance with millwork, kitchen, mechanical and plumbing selections in efforts to save costs and lead times. This project was truly collaborative with the Owner and Consultants, and is still one of our most favourite completions to brag about.
