Tractus Projects refined coordination and installation techniques enabled us to complete these (x4) dual lane drive-thru projects in less than 6 weeks.  Each site saw 10-13 days of shut down and included concrete, asphalt, electrical and landscaping trades to be meticulously orchestrated.  Many of our project managers and installers worked well into the evenings in efforts to keep this project on track! Locations included Keewatin, Chancellor, King Edward, Whytewold, Main at Kingsbury, and Main at Mountain.

Solution

A master schedule was made and consistently monitored for areas of improvement.  When there were setbacks, we knew real time how to deal with them and where we needed to focus.  There were many opportunities gained in the schedule as we successfully met each deadline.
