Tractus Projects was proud to partner with leading industry experts to transform a once-traditional restaurant space into a vibrant, open-concept lounge where eclectic vibes meet impeccable design.

Challenge

Converting a restaurant which closed in 2019 into a cocktail lounge in 2024 presented unique challenges. Building codes and health regulations had shifted, requiring innovative solutions to maintain the integrity of the original space while ensuring it met the latest standards. The goal? To creatively repurpose as much of the existing infrastructure as possible, optimizing cost-efficiency without compromising on the design vision.

Solution

Our design-build approach focused on maximizing the potential of the existing space. Through strategic demolition and thoughtful design, we opened up the interior, creating an inviting, spacious atmosphere that still resonates with the energy of its past life.
