The Winnipeg Construction Association, an incorporated, not-for-profit trade association, represents commercial contractors and suppliers across Manitoba. Tractus was honoured to be selected to refresh their training rooms, public corridors, and cafeteria space, ensuring these areas align with the association’s professional standards and needs.

Challenge

One of the key challenges was that the Winnipeg Construction Association remained operational during the project, with many people still on-site.

Solution

To minimize disruptions, Tractus strategically scheduled the renovation work during the quieter summer months. Additionally, any scheduled training sessions were moved to times when we were not on site, ensuring that daily operations could continue smoothly.
