This projects’ property had an existing building shell that required demolition and an existing foundation that required salvaging prior to new construction. Tractus Projects facilitated and coordinated the entire design and build of the 7,000 square foot, (x5) rental unit project from new site services to superstructure framing, to building envelope, to the asphalt parking lot. This was a fantastic project for us and provided a great learning experience for our future builds.
The intended location of the garbage enclosure to service this building was “undesirable”.
The lot size in which this building was to be built on was tiny. There was not a lot of options available to place a “hidden” garbage enclosure. Thus we worked with what we had and beautified the enclosure and its’ surrounding landscape.
