The River East CRU project involved the construction of a brand-new commercial retail unit in the middle of an existing parking lot. Starting as an empty shell, this project marked our first collaboration with Crombie REIT, a leading property group managing sites like Safeway, FreshCo, and Dollarama. Despite its seemingly straightforward nature, the project presented unexpected challenges, which we addressed with transparency and open communication.

Challenge

River East CRU was a remote build for an out-of-province customer based in Calgary. While the distance presented challenges, we were more than happy to provide constant updates and open communication to ensure trust and confidence throughout the project.
