At Tractus, we’ve now completed 10 Co-op Gas Bar locations to date: Keewatin, North Main, Oakbank, Stonewall, Pembina (2), Archibald, Osborne, Ellice, and St. Norbert. These jobs usually have a budget of $50,000 each and come with a predetermined brand package that help guide our design-build process. We enjoy the process of taking the classic Co-op look and bringing it into modern times. These institutional makeovers need to look good while being able to stand the test of time and the amount of foot traffic Co-op experiences daily.
Businesses like the gas bars faced struggles during COVID. We’re glad that they are bouncing back and able to invest in theseworthwhile upgrades.
