A boutique private wine store, The Wine House invited Tractus Projects to complete their tenant build-out.  This remarkable space included hanging multiple curved bulkheads, a mezzanine office space, solid surface tops, stone clad columns, powder coated ornamental iron dividers, majestic pendant light fixtures, a temperature and humidity controlled boutique wine cellar, a show kitchen wired with closed circuit cameras to facilitate cooking classes, and custom built millwork display and kitchen cabinetry.  It was this project that got Tractus Projects recognized and we have never looked back since.  Thank-you Tico Cornejo and The Wine House!

Challenge

Our first major project – yikes!

Solution

We were (and still are) fortunate to have many business mentor contacts, of which included this Client.   Even though we knew how to build the space, learning Team motivation and drive was the solution to making this space really awesome.
